Refund policy

For ebooks and audiobooks a full refund will be given if you are dissatified with the book or audiobook, so please listen to or read a sample before you buy.

For audiobooks, we offer a Soundcloud sample which you can listen to for free.

All eBooks offer opening chapters for free - so please check that out before you purchase.

If you're unsure whether a gripping hardcore thriller with a healthy dollop of spice is to your taste, or if you are easily offended - Do not purchase.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you notify us within 30 days of your order.

Due to logistics we do not offer refunds on paperbacks except for EU customers. Please purchase your paperback version from Amazon if you wish to cover yourself for a refund. EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or defective. You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched, the return window applies.

• Prisons: Before ordering print books, please ascertain any specific delivery restrictions.
