For ebooks and audiobooks a full refund will be given if you are dissatified with the book or audiobook, so please listen to or read a sample before you buy.

For audiobooks, we offer a Soundcloud sample which you can listen to for free.

All eBooks offer opening chapters for free - so please check that out before you purchase.

If you're unsure whether a gripping hardcore thriller with a healthy dollop of spice is to your taste, or if you are easily offended - Do not purchase.

Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you notify us within 30 days of your order.

Due to logistics we do not offer refunds on paperbacks. Please purchase your paperback version from Amazon if you wish to cover yourself for a refund. 

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be shipped from BookVault.

• Prisons: Before ordering print books, please ascertain any specific delivery restrictions.
• If you received damaged or defective print books, or if your order failed to arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement order with free shipping or a refund if you notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
